We offer practical troubleshooting for your devices, guidance on using library apps like hoopla or Libby, and assistance with any device-related queries. Kindly ensure you come prepared with all the essential usernames and passwords (email, device login, Apple ID, etc.). Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the time allocated per patron may be limited.
