CANCELED: Mindful Monday In-Person
Start the month on a mindful note! Join us on the first Monday of each month in a sensory-friendly environment for a low-stress activity that will calm your mind and help you focus on the present moment. Snacks, drinks, and sensory aids will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
This month, we'll settle into the cozy comfort of autumn by painting pumpkins and watching Fantastic Mr. Fox!
