Franciscan Health Flu-COVID-Pneumonia Shot Clinic In-Person
Medical staff can vaccinate anyone 6 months and older. Staff will offer flu, COVID, and Pneumonia shots.
There will also be limited doses of egg-free flu vaccines for those with severe egg allergies.
Franciscan Health accepts most major insurances. It is the responsibility of the patient to check eligibility, as we cannot guarantee coverage. However, we do know that IU Health plans, Community Network, and Anthem Essential Pathways are three out-of-network plans.
If someone has NO HEALTH INSURANCE, the flu vaccine will be $15 via cash/check.
Anyone receiving a vaccine will need to complete their own consent form.
