Welcome to the registration for the 9th Annual Secret Snowflake Shop!

The Secret Snowflake Shop gives children ages 4-13 the opportunity to independently purchase holiday gifts for the special people (and pets!) in their lives - all on their own!

Gifts will be $5 each, including wrapping, and ready to give when they leave the Library.

• Registration is required!

Parents registering multiple children should register each child separately. This time slot is your child’s check-in time. After check-in, your child will receive a group number and will shop when that group is called, based on volunteer availability. Please plan to be at the Library for 1 - 2 hours.

Please bring with you a shopping list for each kid registered. In this shopping list, you will detail who your kids are going to shop for and the category they fall under. Example:

Name - Category 

Aunt Sally - Adult Female

What to Expect:

• Shopping: Our wonderful volunteers will assist your child while they pick out the perfect gift for everyone on their list. We ask that caregivers remain outside the Snowflake shop to help keep the gifts a secret. After everything is wrapped, our volunteers will reunite you with your child.  
• Crafts & Activities: While waiting, children can make simple crafts, enjoy doughnuts and beverages (available for purchase), and participate in the Train Table Holiday Scavenger Hunt.

Silent Auction:

This is a great opportunity for adults to find holiday gifts.

• Dates: Bidding opens Friday, November 22nd and closes Sunday, December 8th at 5:00 PM.
• Locations: Over 50 themed baskets will be displayed:
  • Zionsville Branch (Youth Department and Circulation Desk)
  • Whitestown Branch (Main Lobby)
