Minimum Age: 16 yrs old and up

Crate vibrant, textured artworks by learning the timeless craft of mosaic art. In this class, you'll design and assemble your own mosaic using a variety of colorful tiles, glass pieces, and natural elements, Whether you're making a mirror, a frame, or a garden stepping stone, mosaic art allows for endless creativity. 

  • Learn about the history and types of mosaic art.
  • Overview of materials: glass, tiles, ceramics, natural stones, and proper usage of tools.
  • Techniques for cutting and arranging tiles for different patterns.
  • Learn how to apply and mix grout for a professional finish.
  • Techniques for cleaning and sealing your mosaic pieces.
