Intermediate Readers Book Club In-Person
Do your kids in grades 2 - 4 love to read? Are they regularly selecting books from our Juvenile Fiction section (not just Beginning Fiction or Tween Fiction)? Then this is the book club for them! We'll all read the month's selected title on our own, then meet together to discuss it and do some fun activities.
In September, we'll read Jasmine Warga's Young Hoosier Book Award nominee, A Strange Thing Happened in Cherry Hall, "an extraordinary story about two friends, a ghost, a missing painting, and a turtle named Agatha."
Copies of the book will be available to be checked out from the Youth Department Reference Desk when registration opens.
Allergy Alert: Snacks may be served during this program that may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, or soy. This is not a comprehensive list of all potential allergens. Please contact the event programmer and/or share any accommodations needed in your registration.

Miss Charity is a Youth Services Librarian at the Zionsville Branch of HMMPL. When she's not leading storytime or helping patrons find their next great read, she enjoys hiking, writing, baking, crocheting, and of course, reading!
