DESCRIPTION:Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that allows you to deeply 
 relax while remaining fully conscious. This guided meditation practice 
 helps reduce stress\, improve sleep\, and restore balance to the nervous 
 system. It is a tool for inner exploration\, self-discovery and emotional 
 balance. A typical session lasts about 30- 40 minutes and  involves breath 
 awareness\, body scanning\, intention setting and visualization.\n\nIt does 
 not require any poses and can be practiced laying down\, sitting in a 
 chair\, or while sitting on the ground supported by a wall.\n\nPlease dress 
 comfortably and bring a mat\, cushions or bolsters for under your head\, 
 knees or back\, a light blanket and an eye pillow or light covering. Any 
 props that will allow you to build a cozy rest nest for the practice
