Lions' Senior Book Club

Lions' Senior Book Club In-Person

Juliet Ashton, a thirty-year-old author, writes to her publisher expressing her desire to stop covering the aftermath of WWII, but Guernsey farmer Dawsey Adams invites neighbors to write to Juliet with their stories, including about the formation of the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, a book club born as an alibi during German occupation.  Put off at first, she eventually finds inspiration for her next book and her life.

All adults welcome to join the discussion.  Lions Club membership is not required to attend.
